Here is an example of the first in a series of workshops to help you get started and get the most out of AI.

Agenda

  1. Welcome and Ice-Breaker (10 minutes)
    • Quick round of introductions.
    • Conduct the “Visionaries of Positive Change” ice-breaker activity.
  2. Getting Started with ChatGPT (15 minutes)
  3. Introduction to AI and Its Impact on Non-Profits (15 minutes)
    • Overview of AI basics and its transformative potential for non-profits.
    • Discuss a few success stories highlighting AI’s impact.
  4. Ethical Considerations in AI Use (10 minutes)
    • Discussion on responsible AI use, addressing biases, and ensuring ethical considerations in implementation.
  5. Developing Effective Prompts (20 minutes)
    • Interactive session on crafting specific, action-oriented, context-rich, and open-ended prompts.
